Far Eastern Basin Branch History

     The history of the Far-Eastern Basin Branch dates back to August 2003, when by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 09/OD dated 25.08.2003 the Vladivostok Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" was created, the Vladivostok Branch Regulations were approved, and the notice on tax registration of the Branch in Inspection No. 2540 of Federal Tax Service of Russia for Frunzensky district of Vladivostok was received. 
     According to the orders of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation dated 09.03.2004 No. 1126-r and 05.05.2004 No. 1586-r, No. 1588-r the federal property withdrawn from Sea Administration of the Port of Vladivostok was assigned to FSUE "Rosmorport" on the right of economic mangement and by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 85a/OD dated 31.05.2004 it was transferred to the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch.

     In January 2025, the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far Eastern Basin Branch stopped rendering information services on providing access to information databases on the movement of vessels in real time, vessel calls, current placement and movements of vessels in the waters of the seaports of Vladivostok, Vostochny, Zarubino, Nakhodka and Posyet due to technical limitations in the transition to the use of new software.


     In February 2025, in accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 82 of 21.02.2025, an amendment was made to the Statute of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch, clarifying the responsibility of the head of the branch.


     In November 2025, based on the permission of Rosmorrechflot dated 03.09.2025 No. 25-24-KA-39/29-2025-FAMRT on the commissioning of capital construction project and in accordance with the acceptance certificate of the completed construction project, the acceptance committee in the form KS-14 dated 25.11.2025 No. 1 assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” 6 newly built underwater hydraulic structures on the right of economic management: “Water area of berth No. 1” with an area of 9.6 hectares, “Water area of berth No. 2” with an area of 10.8 hectares, “Water area of the universal berth” with an area of 1.8 hectares, “Water area of the port fleet berth” with an area of 0.9 hectares, “Shunting water area with a turning point” with an area of 22.1 hectares, “Approach canal” with an area of 39.7 hectares, located in the seaport of Vladivostok and intended to be used by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch to ensure the safe maneuvering and mooring of vessels proceeding to the berths of the marine terminal in the Telyakovsky Bay of the seaport of Vladivostok.

 



     Today the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch is one of the major marine enterprises in Primorsky Territory. It carries out its activities in the six ports of Primorsky Territory. The Branch involves over 1000 employees.
