On the basis of the Government of the Russian Federation statute dated 10.04.2002 No. 228 “On measures for efficiency increase in management of federal property assigned to federal state unitary enterprises on the basis of economic management” and in accordance with guidelines on preparation and approval of joint stock companies whose shares are owned by the Russian Federation, and federal state unitary enterprises, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation order dated 15.08.2024 No. 2199-r, the enterprise worked out a development strategy for FSUE “Rosmorport” for the period 2026–2030, which, after its approval (decision of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin dated August 1, 2026 No. MM-P50-29080), was approved by order of Rosmorrechflot dated 04.08.2026 No. 146.
The enterprise's strategy defines the main directions and target indicators for the development of FSUE “Rosmorport”. The document is aligned not only with the enterprise's internal documents, such as the FSUE “Rosmorport” activity program, but also with strategic documents for the maritime industry as a whole – the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation through 2035. The FSUE “Rosmorport” strategy provides for the implementation of measures to comprehensively and systematically address the objectives set for the enterprise within the framework of industry-wide documents and instructions from the Government of the Russian Federation.
