    1. General information

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch renders services in the seaport of Vostochny on assignment of berths for safe mooring without carrying out loading and unloading operations.

     The branch has one berth in the seaport of Vostochny with the following technical characteristics:

     The Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch renders services on assignment of berths for safe mooring in the seaport of Vostochny in accordance with the terms of the standard contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).

     To conclude the Contract, the customer should send a written application for the Contract to the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch by fax: +7 (4236) 66-54-28, or by e-mail: mail@vst.rosmorport.ru . The application shall be considered by the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch within 2 days, and, if there are no technical restrictions on the ability of the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch to provide the stated services and upon submission of all documents required for concluding the Contract, two copies of the completed Contract will be sent to the customer for signing. Otherwise, if it is impossible to provide the services, the customer will be sent a written reasoned refusal with justification for the impossibility of providing the requested services. The original of the Contract signed by the customer should be returned to the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch at the following address: 47 Vnutriportovaya St., post office Wrangel-1, Nakhodka city, Primorye Region, Russia, 692941.

     Additional reference information on the procedure of conclusion of the Contract can be obtained in the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch by phone: +7 (423) 666-51-40 (Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 in the Vladivostok time, lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45).

     For provision of a location at the berth for mooring, the customer, in accordance with the terms of the Contract, should send a written application to the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch no later than 24 hours prior to it by fax: (4236) 69-80-38, extension 1731 or by email: PilotN@vst.rosmorport.ru with duplication to the email address: Sb01@vst.rosmorport.ru . The received application will be reviewed by the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch within 12 hours and, if there are no technical restrictions on the possibility of performing the requested work, the customer is provided with the required location at the berth for mooring.

     Payments for rendered services for the assignment of berths of the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch in the seaport of Vostochny are carried out in the manner and on the terms stated in the Contract.
