     1. General information

 

     Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" on a contractual basis all year round (except for cases when the ambient air temperature drops below -10 ºC, as well as in the presence of adverse weather conditions) provides repair dredging services in the operational water areas of berths, anchorage areas, and in certain areas of the water areas of the seaports of Vanino, Vladivostok, Vostochny, Korsakov, and Nakhodka to all interested organizations that have received permits from the Federal Supervisory Natural Resources Management Service (Rosprirodnadzor) in accordance with the established procedure.

     Dredging works are carried out by the Far Eastern Basin Branch using 7 vessels of the dredging fleet of the Branch:

     a) non-self-propelled grab dredger Sakhalinets, designed for the development, extraction, and loading of soil into the hold of the scow, and has two grabbers: for light, medium categories of soils with a capacity of 17.5 m3, and for heavy and rocky soils with a capacity of 9 m3;

     b) non-self-propelled dipper cutter-head dredger Primorets, which is a single-deck vessel with a working dredger on the basis of an excavator, designed for the development to medium categories of soils, the transportation of inert materials up to 500 tons on the cargo deck, filling and equalization of beds, prisms, slopes of hydraulic structures under the water;

     c) self-propelled scow Slavyanskaya with the volume of the hold 600 m3, used for transportation of the developed soil to the established area of the underwater dump and its discharge through the bottom doors (trap doors);

     d) self-propelled scow Posyetskaya with the volume of the hold 600 m3, used for transportation of the developed soil to the established area of the underwater dump and its discharge through the bottom doors (trap doors);

     e) self-propelled scow Nevskaya with the volume of the hold 600 m3, used for transportation of the developed soil to the established area of the underwater dump and its discharge through the bottom doors (trap doors);

     f) self-propelled scow Olyutorskaya, with the volume of the hold 600 m3, used for transportation of the developed soil to the established area of the underwater dump and its discharge through the bottom doors (trap doors);

     g) non-self-propelled barge M350, with the volume of the hold 350 m3, used to receive developed soil, transport it using a tug to the established area of ​​the underwater dump and dump it through a self-expanding body with a hydraulic drive.

     Dredging works are carried out by the Far Eastern Basin Branch on the basis of a certificate of membership in a self-regulatory organization Union "Interregional Association of Special Construction Organizations" No. 402 of 03.05.2017 and in accordance with the requirements:

     - RD 31.74.08-94 "Technical instruction for the performance of maritime dredging";

     - RD 31.74.04-2002 "Technology of dimensional work for dredging and depth control for the safety of navigation in seaports and on approaches to them";

     - RD 31.74.09-96 "Norms for sea dredging";

     - Order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 144 of 16.04.2019 "On approval and implementation of the standard of the organization" Performing dredging works in seaports and on approaches to them" STO 14649425-0005-2019".


     2. Procedure for providing dredging services

 

     The Far Eastern Basin Branch provides dredging services to all interested parties under a contract for dredging works (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).

     To conclude the Contract, the Customer shall send a written application to the Far Eastern Basin Branch by fax: +7 (4236) 66-42-98 or +7 (4236) 66-54-28 or in scanned form by e-mail: NSDR@vst.rosmorport.ru or S.Glazatkin@vst.rosmor port The application will be considered within one month, and in the absence of technical limitations on the ability to provide the requested services and upon submission of all required documents for the conclusion of the Contract, the Far Eastern Basin Branch will send the customer two copies for signing or a reasoned refusal to conclude the Contract. The Contract signed by the customer must be returned within ten days (for a foreign customer – within one month) to the Far Eastern Basin Branch by mail or by courier to the address at: 47 Vnutriportovaya St., n/o Wrangel-1, Nakhodka, Primorsky Krai, Russia, 692943.

     Dredging services are provided by the Far Eastern Basin Branch in accordance with the procedure and under the terms of the signed Agreement.
