Far Eastern Basin Branch History

     The history of the Far-Eastern Basin Branch dates back to August 2003, when by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 09/OD dated 25.08.2003 the Vladivostok Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" was created, the Vladivostok Branch Regulations were approved, and the notice on tax registration of the Branch in Inspection No. 2540 of Federal Tax Service of Russia for Frunzensky district of Vladivostok was received. 
     According to the orders of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation dated 09.03.2004 No. 1126-r and 05.05.2004 No. 1586-r, No. 1588-r the federal property withdrawn from Sea Administration of the Port of Vladivostok was assigned to FSUE "Rosmorport" on the right of economic mangement and by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 85a/OD dated 31.05.2004 it was transferred to the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch.

     In January 2024, upon agreement with Rosmorrechflot (letter No. BT-27/13920 of 29.03.2023) and on the basis of the FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 400 of 02.10.2023, a technical building with a total area of 40.3 square meters, located at Vsevoloda Sibirtseva Street, building 62g, structure 2, city of Vladivostok, Primorye Region, was written off and disposed of due to its complete physical wear and tear.

 

     In March 2024, upon agreement with Rosmorrechflot (letter No. BT-27/3092 of 01.03.2024), the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch sold the vessel Portovik-3 due to the impossibility of its further use by the branch for its intended purpose.

 



     Today the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch is one of the major marine enterprises in Primorsky Territory. It carries out its activities in the six ports of Primorsky Territory. The Branch involves over 1000 employees.
