1. General information
The Azov Department of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch provides services on repairing and production of navigational aids with the help of the production and repair base of the branch situated in Taganrog seaport.
At the production and repair base of the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch the highly qualified workers can:
a) produce in strict conformity with the existing technical regulations:
- marine small ice buoys both lighting and unlighting;
- marine and canal lighting buoys,
b) conduct navigational aids repairs of any difficulty, for example:
- repairs of metallic constructions of buoys, harbor and gate signs;
- repairs of electrical equipment of buoys, harbor and gate signs.
In order to ensure high quality of navigational aids production and repairs the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch posess all the necessary production premises (hull welding, machine assemy, pipeline laying, fitting and assembly, wiring and accumulator sections and warehouses), and also contemporary equipment (boiler and welding, electrical repairing and other machinery).

2. Terms and conditions of navigation aids repair services
The Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch provides navigational aids repair and production services in accordance with a contract (further referred to as - Contract).
To make a Contract the client shall send a written application to the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch by fax: +7 (8634) 31-03-03 or scanned by e-mail: mail@azv.rosmorport.ru . The application is reviewed within 5 working days and if the requested services are technically possible, the client is sent two copies of a Contract for signing. The signed Contract shall be returned to the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch at 2nd Volodarskogo St., 76/23А, office 401, Rostov-on-Don, Rostov region, Russia, 344116.
Navigational aids repair and production services are provided by the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract.
