To accomplish the activities, specified in the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Statute, the Branch disposes of the property at the seaports of Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Kerch, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Sevastopol, Sochi, Taganrog, Taman, Temryuk, Tuapse, Feodosia and Yalta territory and water areas.
As of 01.01.2026 the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch fixed assets in the seaports of Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Kerch, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Sevastopol, Sochi, Taganrog, Taman, Temryuk, Tuapse, Feodosia and Yalta are: 5,671 objects of personal assets and 879 objects of real assets.
Of all real estate objects of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch 777 articles are stationary objects, such as hydrotechnical structures, buildings, constructions and other structures, and 102 articles are the Branch's vessels.
In accordance with the requirements stated by the Decree of the Government of Russia dated 16.07.2007 No. 447 “On improvement of the Federal property accounting”, information about the property of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch is included in the Federal property register.
The Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch property is located at leased and actual-use land plots of total area of 194.4 ha including those located at the seaports of Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Kerch, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Sevastopol, Sochi, Taganrog, Taman, Temryuk, Tuapse, Feodosia and Yalta.
