The FSUE “Rosmorport” Arctic Basin Branch disposes of property in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Varandey, Dikson, Dudinka, Kandalaksha, Mezen, Murmansk, Naryan-Mar, Onega, Sabetta and Khatanga, which is necessary for conducting the major types of activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arctic Basin Branch.
As of 01.07.2025, there are 1,993 objects of movable property and 197 objects of real property, which have been secured to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arctic Basin Branch on the basis of economic control rights.
Of all the property objects of the Arctic Basin Branch 168 are stationary objects, represented by hydraulic engineering structures, buildings and rooms, structures and constructions, and 29 are the branch’s vessels.
In accordance with the requirements of Government of Russia Decree dated 16.07.2007 No. 447 “On perfectioning of the federal property record system”, information on the Arctic Basin Branch property was entered into the federal property registry.
The Arctic Basin Branch property is located on 131 leased and actually used land plots with the total area size of 154.7 hectares, including the ones located within the boundaries of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Kandalaksha, Mezen, Murmansk, Naryan-Mar, Onega and Sabetta.
The Arctic Basin Branch uses water bodies only for navigation purposes. According to the water legislation of the Russian Federation, for those purposes there is no need to make water use contracts or get decisions on granting of water bodies for use.
At the same time, the Arctic Basin Branch, in accordance with the established procedure, uses seven surface water bodies with a total area of 5 square kilometers in the seaports of Arkhangelsk and Onega to accommodate vessels and berthing facilities, as well as to conduct dredging operations based on water use licenses and decisions on the provision of water bodies for use.
