The procedure for leasing moveable property of the Arctic Basin Branch

For negotiation of a leasing contract, please send an application addressed to the FSUE “Rosmorport”, to the location of the movable property that is intended for leasing.

The following documents must be attached to the application:

notarized copies of the constituent documents of the potential leaser;
extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The objects of moveable property of the Arctic Basin Branch are leased out based on the results of an open price inquiry.

The main phases of the leasing process of the Arctic Basin Branch assets are:

consideration of applications received by potential leasers for the right to lease the moveable property of the Arctic Basin Branch;
appraisal of property value and the value of usage rights of the leased property of the Arctic Basin Branch by an independent appraiser;
