Water Bodies and Land Plots

     In order to place its real assets and conduct the activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Murmansk Branch, the branch uses land plots and water bodies located on the territory and in the water areas of the seaports of Kandalaksha and Murmansk.
 
     Land use
     As of 01.01.2024 the Murmansk Branch uses 51 land plots with the overall area size of 76.9 hectares, of which 47 with the overall area size of 76.89 hectares are used on a leasehold basis. The Murmansk Branch is now preparing the right stating documents for 4 land plots with the overall area size 0.01 hectares, which are actually used by the branch.

     Of all land plots used by the Murmansk Branch the following ones are located within seaports boundaries:
     - 1 land plot in Kandalaksha Seaport with the total area size of more than 0.6 hectares, which makes 2.4 % of the total seaport territory size; 
     - 30 land plots in Murmansk Seaport with the total area size of more than 54.8 hectares, which makes 8.5 % of the total seaport territory size.
 
     The land plots used by Murmansk Branch are related to several types of lands, including:
     - forest lands
     - urban lands;
     - industrial, energy, transport, communications, radio, television, information technologies lands, lands for support of the space activities, defense and security lands, and lands of other special purposes. 
 
     Water use:
     The Murmansk Branch uses surface water bodies for the purpose of maritime navigation, which, in accordance with the Water Code of the Russian Federation, does not require to conclude a water use contract or to have a decision on placing the water body at the disposal.
