Use of land:
As of 01.01.2026 the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch uses 226 land plots with a total area of 194.4 ha on a leasehold basis and as the actual land. At the moment according to the established procedure, the entitling documents are being elaborated in regard to 105 of those land plots with a total area of almost 73.4 ha, which are actually used by the branch.
All the land plots used by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch are situated within the boundaries of the seaports of Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Kerch, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Sevastopol, Sochi, Taganrog, Temryuk, Tuapse, Feodosia and Yalta, among them:
- at the seaport of Azov – 4 land plots with a total area of 9.9 ha making 6.4 % of the total area of the seaport of Azov;
- at the seaport of Anapa – 5 land plots with a total area of almost 0.5 ha making almost 16.3 % of the total area of the seaport of Anapa;
- at the seaport of Gelendzhik – 6 land plots with a total area of more than 4.6 ha making more than 68.4 % of the total area of the seaport of Gelendzhik;
- at the seaport of Eysk – 49 land plots with a total area of almost 4.2 ha making up to 6.1 % of the total area of the seaport of Eysk;
- at the seaport of Kavkaz – 17 land plots with a total area of 14.3 ha making more than 30.7 % of the total area of the seaport of Kavkaz;
- at the seaport of Kerch – 4 land plots with a total area of 10.6 ha making 13.8 % of the total area of the seaport of Kerch;
- at the seaport of Novorossiysk – 5 land plots with a total area of more than 1.4 ha making 0.5 % of the total area of the seaport of Novorossiysk;
- at the seaport of Rostov-on-Don – 1 land plot with a total area of more than 0.5 ha making 0.2 % of the total area of the seaport of Rostov-on-Don;
- at the seaport of Sevastopol – 17 land plots with a total area of 36.4 ha;
- at the seaport of Sochi – 54 land plots with a total area of more than 13 ha making 52.7 % of the total area of the seaport of Sochi;
- at the seaport of Taganrog – 29 land plots with a total area of 12.5 ha making 23.2 % of the total area of the seaport of Taganrog;
- at the seaport of Temryuk – 7 land plots with a total area of 1.4 ha making more than 0.6 % of the total area of the seaport of Temryuk;
- at the seaport of Tuapse – 10 land plots with a total area of more than 2.4 ha making 6.3 % of the total area of the seaport of Tuapse;
- at the seaport of Feodosia – 2 land plots with a total area of 0.03 ha;
- at the seaport of Yalta – 2 land plots with a total area of 32 ha.
The land plots used by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch are situated within the Krasnodarsiy region territory and are classified as different land categories, including:
- settlement lands;
- lands of industry, electric power, transport, communications, radio broadcasting, television, and information, and lands for ensuring outer space activity, lands of defence and security, and lands of other special designation;
- forestry fund lands.
Use of water:
As of 01.01.2026 the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch uses 19 surface-water bodies and 2 underground water bodies on a basis of 19 decisions of granting water bodies for use in order to conduct dredging, construction and reconstruction of hydraulic engineering facilities, and also 2 licenses for the right to use subsoil for the extraction of groundwater.
Surface water bodies used by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch are situated within the water areas of the Azov and Black seas.
The total area of surface-water bodies used by the branch is 121.9 sq. km, among them:
- at the seaport of Gelendzhik 5 water bodies is used with a total area of 1 sq. km making 9.3 % of the total area of the seaport;
- at the seaport of Eysk 1 water body is used with a total area of 0.03 sq. km making 3.4 % of the total area of the seaport;
- at the seaport of Novorossiysk 1 water body is used with a total area of 0.015 sq. km making 0.004 % of the total area of the seaport;
- at the seaport of Tuapse 1 water body is used with a total area of 0.04 sq. km making almost 0.16 % of the total area of the seaport.
