     2004

      In July, 2004 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch was put on account in Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Russian Federation for Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. In the same month, in accordance with Order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No 227/k of July 01, 2004 Gashenko Alexander Alekseevich, Chief Engineer of the State Establishment “Sea Administration of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy” was appointed Acting Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch.

 
      In September, 2004 by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 28.09.2004 № 293/k Gashenko Alexander Alekseevich, who earlier acted as Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch was appointed Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch.

      In September, 2004 pilotage service was created in the structure of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch. It renders 24-hours pilotage services in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy.

     2005

      According to the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 27.07.2005 № 91 “About the Interim Measures for Ensuring Seaports Administrations Activities and Maintenance of Port Infrastructure Facilities” starting from 27th of July, 2005 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch began collecting port dues and carrying out other business activities in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. 

      In October 2005 on the grounds of Regulation of the Territorial Department in Kamchatka Region of the Federal Agency for State Property Management dated 24.10.2005 No. 320-r, a building of motor vehicle base administration was assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport”, and by order of FSUE “Rosmorport” it was secured to the Petropavlovsk Branch on the right of economic management in order to fit the branch's employees.

      From December, 2005 due to acquisition of “Cyclone” tugboat he FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch began rendering towage services. 

     2006

      According to the order of Territorial Department of Federal Agency for State Property Management for Kamchatka Territory dated 18.12.2006 № 628-r with changes dated 19.02.2007 the federal property withdrawn from Sea Administration of the Port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky was transferred to FSUE “Rosmorport” and then was fixed after the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 28.12.2006 № 511/OD. 

     2007

      In June, 2007 by the order of Territorial Department of Federal Agency for State Property Management for Kamchatka Territory dated 18.12.2006 № 628 12 moorages of the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky were fixed on the right of economic authority after FSUE “Rosmorport” and then were transferred to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 28.12.2006 № 511/OD. 

     2008

      In August, 2008 according to the order of Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport dated 18.06.2008 № IZ-120-r and by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 12.08.2008 № 358 correction changes to the Statute for the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch concerning postal address of the Branch were made. 

     2010

     In March, 2010 by the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated 03.03.2010 № 136 changes to the Petropavlovsk Branch Statute were introduced according to which the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch was given the right at executing ship owner's functions to render services using all the types of the Branch's vessels.

     In April, 2010 according to the order of Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport dated March, 30th, 2010 № AD-54-r and FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated April, 6th, 2010 № 153 federal property objects “First stage of A1 GDMSS Sea region in Avacha Bay and its approaches” and fiber-optic communication line, withdrawn form FSE “Administration of the Seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky” operational management were transferred to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch.

     2011

     In January, 2011 by the order of Territorial Department of Federal Agency for State Property Management for Kamchatka Territory dated 19.01.2011 №10-р federal property object "Reinforced concrete berth line of 60 metres long", located in the sea port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy (at the Chavycha Cape), was fixed on the right of economic authority after FSUE “Rosmorport” and then were transferred to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 30.05.2011 № 342. 

     In December, 2011 by the order of Territorial Department of Federal Agency for State Property Management for Kamchatka Territory dated 05.12.2011 № 296-р federal property objects, berth constructions №1 and №2, located in the sea port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy (near Ust-Kamchatsk), was fixed on the right of economic authority after FSUE “Rosmorport” and then were transferred to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 30.12.2011 № 945.

     2012

     In August, 2012, in accordance with the FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 27.07.2012 № 474, Statute for the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch was appoved in the new edition.

     2013

     In June 2013 in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 03.06.2013 No. 95/sh the Petropavlovsk Branch stopped providing mooring services in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy Seaport.

     2014

     In July 2014 by FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 25.07.2014 No. 307 the Statute on the Petropavlovsk Branch was amended as the list of the activities permitted to the Petropavlovsk Branch was supplemented by six new activities involving:
     a) activities in the field of usage of the ionizing radiation sources (generators);
     b) organization of repairs, technical and general maintenance and provision of vessels;
     c) participation of the branch in provision of transport security in seaports;
     d) maintenance in proper technical condition, organization of technical support, repairs, reconstruction and new construction of engineering and technical means for provision of transport security in the water areas of the seaports of the Russian Federation;
     e) participation of the branch in creation and maintenance of the marine areas А1, А2, А3, А4 of the Global Marine Distress and Safety System, including the marine areas А3/А4 in the Northern Sea Route water area;
     f) performance of the functions of NAVAREA coordinator in geographical areas NAVAREA XX and XI located in the Arctic ocean and coordinated by the Russian Federation.

     2015

     In May 2015 on the grounds of Regulation of the Territorial Department in Moscow City of the Federal Agency for State Property Management dated 24.04.2015 No. 433 the buildings “Radio House” and “Garage“ were assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” and in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 12.05.2015 No. 230 were assigned to Petropavlovsk Branch to fit the branch's employees. Also in that month the Branch has acquired the Tayfun crew boat in order to deliver the Branch's pilots to/from ships calling at Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Seaport.

     In June 2015 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 380 of June 22, 2015 amendments have been made to the Petropavlovsk Branch Regulation under which new four types of activities were added to the list of permitted types of activities of the Petropavlovsk Branch in the following spheres:

     a) making vulnerability assessment of the transport infrastructure facilities and transport means;

     b) working out plans on ensuring transport security of the transport infrastructure facilities and transport means;

     c) carrying out activities in water supply and water disposal area;

     d) carrying out activities related to heat supply.

     In the same month on the basis of Rosmorrechflot order dated 29.12.2014 No. 107 and in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 04.06.2015 No. 334 the engineering and technical means of transportation security in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Seaport were secured to the Petropavlovsk Branch for economic management in order to provide transportation safety in the seaport. 

     In September 2015 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 529 of September 11, 2015 specific corrections have been made to the Regulations on the Petropavlovsk Branch. The corrections determined the Petropavlovsk Branch’s right to carry out permitted types of activities for which special permits, licenses and certificates are required pursuant to Russian law.

     In December 2015 the Petropavlovsk Branch started rendering infrastructural services in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The services are related to operating facilities of engineered features of transportation security in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

     2017

    In March 2017 pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 111 of March 31, 2017 amendments have been made to the Petropavlovsk Branch Regulations. The amendments expanded the list of permitted types of the Branch’s activities in the spheres of:

    - carrying out the functions of a developer in designing, constructing (reconstructing) and  

installing (technological fitting-out) buildings, quarters  and structures necessary for organization of border, customs and other control in the Russian border checkpoints in the seaports;

    - carrying out activities to protect transport infrastructure facilities and transport means from acts of unlawful interference.

     In April 2017 based on Rosmorrechflot Resolution No KS-72-r of March 28, 2017 the building of the sea terminal in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky has been assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport”. The facility is designed for receiving and servicing passengers arriving in the seaport aboard vessels of local and international sea service Under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 121 of April 04, 2017 the building of the sea terminal has been transferred to the economic management of Petropavlovsk Branch.

     In May 2017 pursuant to Resolution No 128-r taken by Russia’s Federal Agency for State Property Management Territorial Regional Directorate for the Kamchatsky Territory on May, 31, 2017, the non-domestic building “Radio House” and a garage in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky have been transferred into ownership of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city district without charge.

     In July 2017 the Petropavlovsk Branch started rendering drinking water services at Berth No 5 of the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

     In August 2017 pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 689/к A.A. Gashenko was released of his duties as deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch by agreement of the parties. Also in August under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 681/k deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch Sergei Mazhirin was appointed to perform the duties of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch director without removal from his current position.

    In October 2017 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 988/k Sergei Mazhirin, who earlier worked as deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch, was transferred to the position of the director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch.

     2018

     In October 2018 in accordance with Order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No 1110/k of October 01, 2018, S.I. Mazhirin was released from the position of DIrector of the Petropavlovsk Branch due to transfer to another job. Also in the same month, in accordance with Order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No 1117/k of October 01, 2018 the duties of Director of Petropavlovsk Branch were imposed upon Vladimir Vitalyevich Kozlov, Deputy Director of the Petropavlovsk Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport”, without being released from his position.

     2019

     In February 2019, by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" dated 28.02.2019 No. 190 / K, V.V. Kozlov, who previously held the position of Deputy Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Petropavlovsk branch and at the same time was Acting Director of the Petropavlovsk branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" without dismissal from the current position, was transferred to the position of the Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Petropavlovsk branch.

     2020

     In January 2020, the FSUE "Rosmorport" Petropavlovsk branch began providing geodesic and hydrographic services in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

     In November 2020, in accordance with the FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 25.11.2020 No. 505, the Regulations on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Petropavlovsk Branch were approved in a new edition.
