Procedure of sale of the Petropavlovsk Branch moveable property
The main stages of the Petropavlovsk Branch property sale are:
- estimation of cost of the Petropavlovsk Branch property, planned for sale, conducted by an independent evaluator;
- upon consideration by the Petropavlovsk Branch of the report submitted by an independent evaluator on the estimation of cost of the property, planned for sale, the Branch prepares documentation for public price inquiry for selection of the organization to conclude a sale and purchase contract for the Petropavlovsk Branch moveable property;
- announcing of the public price inquiry, summing up and signing the sale and purchase contract for the Petropavlovsk Branch moveable property with the winner;
- transferring the object of sale to the buyer under certificate of acceptance, no later than 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of payment by the Petropavlovsk Branch.
