North-Eastern Basin Branch Property

     In order to implement the main activities authorized by Regulations on the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch, the branch manages the necessary property in the seaports of Anadyr, Vanino, De-Kastri, Magadan, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, Okhotsk and Sovetskaya Gavan.

 

     As of 01.10.2023, 478 movable property objects and 202 immovable property facilities are assigned to the North-Eastern Basin Branch as the capital assets.

     Of the total number of immovable property facilities of the North-Eastern Basin Branch, 187 units are stationary objects represented by hydraulic structures, underwater hydraulic structures, buildings, premises and other facilities, 14 units are branch vessels, and 1 aircraft.

     In accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On improving the federal property record keeping system”, information on the North-Eastern Basin Branch property was added into the Federal Property Register.

     The North-Eastern Basin Branch property is located on 150 land plots with total area of 95.8 hectares, located also on territories of the seaports of Anadyr, Vanino, De-Kastri, Magadan, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, Okhotsk and Sovetskaya Gavan.

     The use by the North-Eastern Basin Branch of surface water bodies is carried out for the purpose of navigation and maintenance dredging. In accordance with the requirements of the water legislation of the Russian Federation, these types of water use do not require decision on water bodies provision for use or conclusion of water use contracts. In addition, the North-Eastern Basin Branch uses 1.16 square kilometers of the Tatar Strait of the Sea of Japan for construction and reconstruction of hydraulic structures, as well as for the burial of bottom soil.

     The North-Eastern Basin Branch uses 3 water bodies in the water areas of the Bering Sea and the Sea of Japan for the placement of floating craft and the burial of bottom soil removed during repair dredging. The total area of surface water bodies used by the branch is 0.2 sq. km.
