As of 01.01.2026 the enterprise has been assigned on the basis of economic control rights 17,412 articles of movable property and 2,577 articles of real property.
Of the total number of the enterprise real property articles 2,259 are hydrotechnical structures, buildings and constructions, and the remaining 318 articles are vessels including one aircraft.
In accordance with the requirements stated by the Decree of the Government of Russia dated 16.07.2007 No. 447 “On improvement of the Federal property accounting”, information about the FSUE “Rosmorport” property is entered into the Federal Property Register. According to the established order, the enterprise systematically works on the state registration of its economic management rights on real property articles in compliance with the current legislation.
The FSUE “Rosmorport” property is located at the leased land plots, including the ones located in the seaports of the Russian Federation, with the total area size of 1,832.7 hectares.
Besides, FSUE “Rosmorport” uses 388.9 sq. km of surface water bodies, located in the inland waters and in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, for placement of its property and implementation of statutory activities on navigation safety provision.
