Andrey Moshkov, Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch - Head of the Kaliningrad Department, took part in a meeting of the Association of Sea Captains, a Kaliningrad regional public organization, on September 22, 2022.

The admission of new members, implementation of the activity plan for the current year and formation of a long-term plan of the organization's activities for 2023 were discussed at the meeting of the association.

During the meeting, Andrey Moshkov made a report on the activities of the North-Western Basin Branch of the enterprise for the organization of maritime transport links between the seaport of Kaliningrad and the seaports of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as well as on ongoing projects for the development of port infrastructure in the seaport of Kaliningrad.

During the discussion of the report, the members of the association received comprehensive answers to a wide range of questions concerning the prospects for increasing the capacity of the maritime ferry line connecting the seaport of Kaliningrad with the seaport of Ust-Luga, as well as directions for further development of sea cargo and passenger traffic between the Kaliningrad Region and the western regions of Russia.
