In order to attract more passenger ships to the Big Port of Saint-Petersburg and the Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg, by FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 13.02.2014 No. 14 a 0.5 ratio is appplied to harbor dues established by order No. 85-t/1 dated 30.04.2013 of the Federal Tariff Service of Russia “On approval of the harbor dues rates for the services rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” for marine passenger cruise vessels calling at the Big Port of Saint-Petersburg and the Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg from 14 January to 30 April 2014 and from 01 October till 25 December 2014.
