In order to conduct the activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch, the Arkhangelsk Branch possesses necessary property on the territories and in the water areas of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Mezen, Naryan-Mar, and Onega.
As at 01.04.2024 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch has secured 1,187 movable property objects and 112 immovable property objects as fixed assets on the basis of economic control rights.
The total amount of the Arkhangelsk Branch property objects includes 93 stable objects represented by hydraulic engineering structures, buildings and facilities, and 19 vessels of the branch.
According to the requirements of Government of Russia Decree № 447 dated 16.07.2007 “On Improving Federal Property Record-Keeping”, information on the Arkhangelsk Branch property is entered into the Federal Property Registry.
The Arkhangelsk Branch property is located on rented land plots on the territory of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Mezen, Naryan-Mar, Onega and Sabetta with total area of 23.6 hectares. Besides, for disposing its vessels and berthing structures, conduting dredging, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch uses 5.2 square kilometers of surface water bodies locates in the water areas of the seaports of Arkhangelsk and Onega.
