Dear colleagues!

On behalf of FSUE “Rosmorport” and on my own behalf, please accept the warmest congratulations on the upcoming New Year and Merry Christmas!

The year that is now ending has been difficult, but very eventful and memorable. We are leaving this anniversary year for the enterprise with a feeling of satisfaction from the work done and with hope for new prospects. Despite the difficulties faced by all sectors of the economy of our country, today is the time to remember the most successful projects, bright victories and joyful moments of the outgoing year.

Looking back at the year of 2023, we notice the high results - the enterprise has done tremendous work to implement strategically significant programs, avoided a decrease in production indicators, and laid a strong foundation for future projects. The main achievements of FSUE “Rosmorport” include the early completion of dredging work on the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal (VCSSC), carried out in accordance with the instruction of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin; the laying down of two new shallow-draft icebreakers - the most powerful in Russia with a shallow draft; the launch of dual-fuel innovative ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky in autonomous mode; the completion of the construction of a floating berth to receive passenger vessels in the seaport of Taganrog.

The enterprise is working to pay special attention to the development of the dredging and environmental fleet - in 2023, the Nikolay Rusanov dredger, intended for work at VCSSC, and the bilge water removing ships Koporye and Koppi have been launched. At the moment, these vessels undergo the final stage of construction and will replenish the fleet in 2024.

Within the activity of the Industrial Competence Center “Sea and River Transport”, the work on import substitution of the software has been going on successfully by order of the enterprise: a system of processing, displaying and registering of information of VTS “SeaTraffic” and the “Lotsman” automated workplace are being developed.

These are only some of the results of responsible, conscientious work done by thousands of employees of FSUE “Rosmoport” in close cooperation with our business partners, authorities and regulators of the maritime industry, industry associations and societies.

On the eve of the upcoming New Year, I express my gratitude to everyone for your enthusiasm and high professionalism that made the success achieved this year possible. Our joint work, focus on fulfilling strategic objectives and achieving advanced results help to maintain and strengthen Russia's status as a great maritime power. I am confident that together we will continue to cope with large-scale tasks to ensure safe, uninterrupted navigation, increase the capacity of seaports, contributing to the development of the economic potential of our country.
