Marlin-2 crew boat joins the fleet of the Astrakhan Branch

In accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” order, the Astrakhan Branch of the enterprise received the small motor vessel Marlin-2, previously operated in the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch.

The boat became the 7th vessel of the Astrakhan Branch's service and patrol assignment, as well as the 43rd vessel in the entire fleet of the branch.

The small motor vessel Marlin-2 is a closed single-hull fiberglass boat with a superstructure in the bow to accommodate the crew and special personnel, as well as a stern mounted engine with a power of 147 kW, started with a single screw with a diameter of 34.5 cm with an unregulated pitch.

The boat is equipped with 5 sectional inflatable sides, ensuring safe operation of the watercraft.

The vessel can be used in the coastal zone with a wave height of up to 2.5 m and a distance of up to 5 km from the shore.

The Astrakhan Branch plans to use the small motor vessel Marlin-2 for monitoring of navigation equipment operation in the waters of the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya.
