Water Bodies and Land Plots

      In order to place its real property articles and to fulfill its statutory aims and tasks, FSUE “Rosmorport” uses water bodies and land plots most of which are located on the territory and in waters of Russian seaports.

     Land use
     As of 01.01.2026 FSUE “Rosmorport” uses 1,036 land plots measuring 1,832.7 hectares on the tenant right and on the right of gratuitous temporal use.
     The land plots used by the enterprise, belong to settlements' lands, lands of industries, energy sector, transport, communications, broadcasting, television, informatics, lands of forest and water funds.
     The land plots of the enterprise are located on the territory of 23 subjects of the Russian Federation.

     Water use
     As of 01.01.2026 in order to perform statutory activities, in accordance with the Water Code of the Russian federation, FSUE “Rosmorport” legalized rights to use 51 water bodies with the total area of 388.9 sq. km.
     In accordance with the established order the enterprise received 41 decisions on water bodies assignment and one licence of water usage, and made 8 agreements on water use.
     Water bodies, used by the enterprise, are located in the waters of one ocean, 8 seas and 4 rivers.
