On May 15, 2024, the day of the 21st anniversary of its foundation, FSUE “Rosmorport” summarizes the results of the events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the enterprise. During the jubilee year, many significant events took place to show the achievements of the nine-thousand-strong team of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

In August-September 2023, the campaign “ROSMORPORT - 20 years in the right direction!” was held. The campaign covered all regions where the company operates, from Kaliningrad to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

Employees of the enterprise wearing branded equipment made bicycle and car rides, and explored water and pedestrian routes, having overcome about 1,200 km during the expedition. The participants of the action installed flags with the FSUE “Rosmorport” anniversary symbols and the Russian Federation State Flag in 17 different hard-to-reach geographical locations, including remote maritime safety facilities of the enterprise. The action became another confirmation of the key role of FSUE “Rosmorport” in the development of the country's maritime industry.

The jubilee year was also marked by numerous sports competitions. Within the framework of celebrating its 20th anniversary, the company was the general partner of the Cup of the Optimist Class Association - the sixth and the final qualifying children’s sailing regatta for the Russian Championship in 2023. The event took place at the Smolenka yacht port of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club. This event brought together about 200 young athletes from various regions of Russia.

The Kaliningrad Directorate of the North-West Basin Branch held trap-shooting competitions dedicated to the 20th anniversary of FSUE “Rosmorport”. 45 employees of the Directorate in 10 teams participated the competitions. In addition, the management team held a basketball tournament among six teams of the branch's partner companies. Within the framework of popularization of water sports and attraction of future generations to maritime professions, the Kaliningrad Directorate was a partner of the children's sailing regatta in the Cadet vessel class for the FSUE ”Rosmorport” cup for the 20th anniversary of the enterprise. 20 employees of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in 6 teams took part in the Golden Autumn sailing regatta dedicated to the 20th anniversary of FSUE “Rosmorport”. The competitions were held in the waters of the Tsemesskaya Bay of Novorossiysk.

The company's anniversary was also celebrated in the Stormovoy camp of the Orlyonok Russian Child Center. FSUE “Rosmorport” has been cooperating with the child center for many years as part of the My Port career guidance project. The FSUE “Rosmorport” Day, timed to coincide with the celebration of the company's 20th anniversary, was held during the 7th shift of Stormovoy 2023, attended by 50 children and grandchildren of the company's employees. The festival began with a maritime regatta, master classes on rigging, basics of flag semaphore and drumming, and ended with a nautical ball. In honor of the 20th anniversary of successful activity for the benefit of the country's maritime industry, FSUE “Rosmorport” opened a media laboratory in Stormovoye to teach young visitors of Orlyonok camp the basics of reportage shooting, the art of photography, as well as the peculiarities of creating media content.

In summer 2023, on the eve of the Day of Maritime and River Fleet Workers, a photo exhibition timed to the anniversary of FSUE “Rosmorport” was held on Gogolevsky Boulevard in Moscow. Moscow citizens and guests of the city who visited the event learned about the enterprise's modern vessels and innovative solutions aimed at ensuring the safety of navigation.

Since November 2023, the company has been presenting its advanced developments in the field of marine transportation as part of the general exposition of the Russian Ministry of Transport at the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia” at VDNH. The enterprise's exhibits are models of innovative vessels, which are part of the FSUE “Rosmorport” port fleet, as well as video clips about their work in the water areas of seaports and on the approaches to them are designed to raise public awareness of the importance of the maritime industry in the Russian economy, to demonstrate the competitiveness and stable development of domestic water transport.

During the exhibition-forum “Russia” in February 2024, a solemn ceremony of commissioning the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Vessel Traffic System (VTS) - the easternmost VTS in Russia and the 25th VTS under the economic management of the enterprise - was held in the videoconference mode.

The company presented its main achievements for 20 years of work for the benefit of the maritime industry at the XVII International Exhibition “Transport of Russia” in November 2023 in Gostiny Dvor in Moscow. The central theme of the exposition was the large-scale development of the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal (VCSSC) in order to achieve the task set by the President of Russia - the optimal draft of 4.5 m, necessary for the development of the international transport corridor “North-South”, of which the VCSSC is a part.

It was natural for FSUE “Rosmorport” to receive awards in two nominations of the Rosmorrechflot’s Industry Leader annual contest based on the results of work in 2023. The company was declared by the expert commission as the winner in “The Best organization providing navigation services (marine/river)” category. FSUE “Rosmorport” was also awarded a diploma in the nomination “The Best organization performing the functions of a state customer in the field of maritime and river transport”.

The project on the development and implementation of a-Navigation (autonomous navigation) technologies on vessels, implemented by FSUE “Rosmorport” and Sitronics KT, was given the annual RBC Petersburg Digital Award. In 2023, innovative sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky operating on the strategically important line “Seaport of Ust-Luga – Seaport of Kaliningrad” were launched in autonomous mode within the framework of a joint project of FSUE “Rosmorport” and Sitronics KT. Earlier in the same year, ferries received certificates of Marine Autonomous and Remotely Operated Surface Vessels for the first time in Russia. A Remote Control Center has been established in St. Petersburg to ensure the autonomous control of vessels.

FSUE "Rosmorport" develops corporate traditions: in the jubilee year, many creative events were held for children and grandchildren of employees of branches and the central office of the enterprise.

In 2023, FSUE “Rosmorport” organized a children's drawing contest dedicated to the company's 20th anniversary for International Children's Day. For creative self-expression, the children were offered to create their own version of the FSUE “Rosmorport” anniversary logo, fantasize on the theme “When I grow up, I will become a sailor!” or draw a picture “Through the ice on an board an icebreaker”. 135 children took part in the competition, showing ingenuity and originality. On Children's Day, an exhibition of children's drawings was opened in the lobby of the FSUE “Rosmorport” central office - the exhibition was decorated with the most vivid and memorable works of the contestants. To reward the children for their creative achievements and artistic talent on the eve of the Day of the Seafarer, FSUE “Rosmorport” organized a children's holiday, during which children competed in tug-of-war, caught sea jellyfish, tried their hand at pirate trials, ring toss, relay skiing and even in painting baseball caps. At the end of the event, the young participants were given desk calendars with drawings of all the contestants, as well as memorable souvenirs with the anniversary symbols of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

On the eve of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War in 2024, the company announced a marathon of children's drawings “Story of the Great Victory” and received 40 unique drawings on the following themes: “Heroes of the Fatherland on the battlefield”, “Naval military feats”, “Selfless work in the rear”, “Four-legged helpers at the front”, “May 9 – Happy Day of Victory”.

Last year, the company's employees had the opportunity to participate in a photo contest dedicated to the activities of FSUE "Rosmorport". Participants could submit their works in one or several nominations: images of port infrastructure, vessels, seascapes, shots of employees in the performance of their duties, etc. were accepted for the contest.

The purpose of the creative events is to raise the level of corporate culture and staff involvement in the work of the leading enterprise of the maritime industry, as well as to show the significance, scale and diversity of the activities of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

In honor of the anniversary, a special section was created on the official website of FSUE “Rosmorport”, where the company's publications timed to the celebration of the anniversary, messages about the 20th anniversary of FSUE “Rosmorport”, published in the media, videos, as well as congratulations of partners were placed. Access to the anniversary section will remain available after the end of the celebrations in the main menu of the website (“Press Center” - “Our Projects” - "We are 20 years old”).
