FSUE "Rosmorport" hereby informs that the request for proposals in electronic form for the right to conclude a state contract for carrying out works under the project "Construction of marine port infrastructure in the seaport of Kaliningrad. International maritime terminal for cruise and cargo-passenger vessels in the city of Pionersky of the Kaliningrad Region" was declared void because the only participant of the request for proposals in electronic form was declared not to meet the requirements specified in the documentation for the implementation of the request for proropals in electronic form.

In accordance with Part 27 of Article 83.1 of the Federal Law No. 44-FZ as of 05.04.2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs", if the request for proposals in electronic form is declared void due to the fact that there were no bids to take part in the request for proposals in electronic form, the customer is entitled to purchase from a single supplier (contractor, executor) in accordance with Clause 25 of Part 1 of Article 93 of the Federal Law above-noted.

Therefore, in order to conclude a state contract, FSUE "Rosmorport" asks all interested parties to send proposals and documents confirming their compliance with the requirements established in the notice of procurement by carrying out a request for proposals, which was declared void, up to 14:00 (Moscow time) on September 6, 2021.

The rules of approving the conclusion of a contract with a single supplier (contractor, executor) by the supervisory body in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet the state and municipal needs are established by the Decree of the Government of Russia No. 961 as of 30.06.2020.
