     1. General Information

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch renders services to provide crew vessels in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in order to embark (disembark) pilots and members of Russia State Border checkpoint commission.

The  fleet of crew vessels of the Petropavlovsk Branch that are used for these purposes consists of one vessel:

     2. Procedure for rendering services to provide crew vessels

     The Petropavlovsk Branch renders services to provide crew vessels in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky pursuant to the terms of a framework service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) signed between the Petropavlovsk Branch and a ship owner / a marine agent.

     In order to conclude the Agreement a ship owner / a marine agent should send an application for signing an agreement to the Petropavlovsk Branch by fax + 7 (4152) 21-31-05 or by e-mail mail@ptk.rosmorport.ru. The application will be considered within one day, and in the absence of technical restrictions on a possibility to provide a crew vessel the filed Agreement will be sent to a ship owner / a marine agent for signing. The Agreement signed by a ship owner / a marine agent should be returned to the Petropavlovsk Branch within five days at: 5 Sapun Gora St., Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky 683010.

     More information on the procedure for concluding the Agreement can be received by telephone +7 (4152) 21-29-35, 116 ext. (Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Kamchatka time).

     In exceptional cases for the purpose of efficiency the Petropavlovsk Branch renders services to provide crew boats without signing an agreement on the ground of a written application submitted by a ship owner / a marine agent. The application signed by a ship owner or their authorized representative is sent to the Petropavlovsk Branch no later than two hours before starting the operation (an application is recommended to be sent 24 hours before starting the operation) by fax +7 (4152) 43-41-32 or by e-mail pilot@ptk.rosmorport.ru. The application will be considered within 24 hours and in the absence of technical restrictions on a possibility to provide crew vessels the Petropavlovsk Branch provides a crew vessel to the customer at a time and a place specified in the application to carry out the required operations. Upon completing the operations, a captain of the vessel and a representative of the customer sign an order, which serves as the basis for issuing an invoice for payment. It should be paid by the customer within five days after being rendered services.
