According to order No. 387 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated October 31, 2012 “On approval of harbor dues list in seaports of the Russian Federation” and Articles of FSUE “Rosmorport”,  in order to ensure transportation security in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky water area, maintenance, service, repair, reconstruction and new construction of technical facilities to ensure transport safety in the seaport, from 00 hours 00 minutes (Moscow time) of January 16, 2016, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch collects dues for seaport water area transportation security for the corresponding services, rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
