One of the major activities of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Petropavlovsk Branch is implementation of federal investment programs, and also capital investment programs aimed at development of the federal port infrastructure facilities and fleet in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, and also other port facilities in Kamchatsky Krai.
The implementation of the Federal special-purpose program "Development of Transport System of Russia (2010-2015)" supposes a reconstruction of federal assets in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky seaport in order to strengthen their seismic resistance. The Petropavlovsk Branch acts as a client constructor on behalf of FSUE "Rosmorport" in this project. At present a specialized project organization elaborated documentation for reconstruction of berths #1-12 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky seaport, which received a positive conclusion of the state ecological expertise approved by Rosmorrechflot order dated 15.02.2012 №56, and is being prepared for submission to state expertise for final approval.
The start of construction and installation works to reconstruct the berths of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky seaport is planned for the second half of 2013.
