Water Bodies and Land Plots

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch uses land plots and water bodies situated on the territory and in the water areas of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Mezen, Naryan-Mar, Onega and Sabetta in order to locate the property objects and conduct the statutory types of activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Arkhangelsk Branch.

     Land use
     As at 01.01.2024 the Arkhangelsk branch uses on the basis of lease 55 land plots with the total area of 23.6 hectares, among which 40 land plots with the total area of 23.6 hectares are used on a lease basis. The Branch is preparing right stating documents for the 15 land plots with the total area size of 0.03 hectares, which are actually used by the Branch.

 

     Of all land plots used by the Arkhangelsk Branch the following ones are located within the boundaries of the seaports:
     - 8 land plots with the total area of 7 hectares in the seaport of Arkhangelsk making 3.3 % of the total area of the seaport;
     - 1 land plot with the total area of 0.5 hectares in the seaport of Mezen making 0.3 % of the total area of the seaport;
     - 1 land plot with the total area of 0.06 hectares in the seaport of Naryan-Mar making 0.23 % of the total area of the seaport;
     - 1 land plot with the total area of almost 0.8 hectares in the seaport of Onega making 29.5 % of the total area of the seaport;
     - 13 land plots with the total area of more than 8 hectares in the seaport of Sabetta.

     The land plots used by the Arkhangelsk Branch are of several types of lands, including:
     - urban lands;
     - industry, energetics, transport, communication, radio, television, information technologies lands, lands for provision space activities, defense, security and other special-purpose lands;
     - forest lands.

     Water use
     As at 01.01.2024 the Arkhangelsk Branch uses 13 areas of water bodies in accordance with 2 water licences and 2 decisions on granting of water bodies for use in order to conduct dredging works, as well as for disposal of waste waters.
     The water bodies used by the Arkhangelsk Branch are located in the water areas of the White Sea, the Northern Dvina River, the Onega River.
     The total area of the water bodies used by the Arkhangelsk Branch is more than 5.2 sq. km, including:
     - 0.2 sq. km in the water areas of Arkhangelsk Seaport making 0.026 % of the total water area of the Arkhangelsk Seaport;
     - 5 sq. km in the water area of Onega Seaport making 0.59 % of the total water area of the Onega Seaport.
