Water Bodies and Land Plots

     In order to place property objects and conduct statutory activities, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin Branch uses land plots and water bodies located on the territory and the water areas of the seaports of Sakhalin. 

     Land use 
     As of 01.07.2024 the Sakhalin Branch uses 58 land plots with the total area of 51.5 hectares, from which 57 land plots with the total area of 50.3 hectares are used on a leasehold basis. Constitutory documents for 1 land plot with the area of 1.2 hectares, which is actually used by the branch, are being prepared.
     The total area of 31 land plots used by the Sakhalin Branch in seaports is 40.1 hectares, comprising:
  • 19 land plots in Kholmsk Seaport with the area size of more than 3.7 hectares, which accounts for 7.5 %  of the total area size of the seaport;
  • 9 land plots in Korsakov Seaport with the total area of almost 9.2 hectares, which accounts for 20.3 % of the total area size of the seaport;
  • 5 land plots in Shakhtersk Seaport with the total area of almost 25.7 hectares, which accounts for 100 % of the total area size of the seaport.
     The land plots used by the Sakhalin Branch are are related to several types of lands:
  • urban lands;
  • forest lands;
  • lands of industry, transport, communication, radio, television, information technologies, space use, energetics, defense, etc.

     Water use 
      As of 01.07.2024, to carry out dredging, blasting, drilling and other operations concerning modification of the bottom and banks of surface water bodies, the Sakhalin Branch uses 4 surface water bodies on the basis of 4 decisions of the Amur Basin Water Department on the provision of water bodies for use.
     Two water bodies used by the Sakhalin Branch are located in the waters of the Tatar Strait, the Sea of ​​Japan, and two bodies are located in the waters of Aniva Bay, the Sea of ​​Okhotsk.
     The total area of the ​​surface water bodies used by the branch is 57.9 square kilometers.
     All surface water bodies used by the branch are located outside the boundaries of the seaports.
