     1. General information

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department provides local telephone communication services to legal and physical entities on the territory of the seaport of Taganrog and in neighbouring area of the town of Taganrog.

     For those purposes the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department disposes of a modern automatic telephone station “Proton”, which enables the branch to render high-quality up-to-date services, and also of a far-reaching network of telephone cables.

     The local telephone communication services of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department include automatic local connection, and access to town, national, and international public network.

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department also provides additional services with the use of a digital automatic telephone station:

     - automatic alarm;

     - forwarding of incoming calls to another phone number, if the client is busy;

     - unconditional forwarding of the incoming call;

     - notification of a new call;

     - connection without dialing;

     - conference call for three people;

     - call transfer;

     - call switching (for reference during the talk).

     The Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department conducts activities on providing local telephone communication services on the basis of a License of Local Telephone Communication Services, Excluding Local Telephone Communication Service with the Use of Coin-Box Telephone and Collective Access Equipment No. LO30-00114-77/00063041 of 06.02.2018 (No. 161885, assigned up to 01.03.2022), issued by Roskomnadzor and valid until May 7, 2028.

     2. Communication services terms and conditions

     The procedure of making and re-executing a contract for local telephone communication (hereinafter referred to as Contract) with the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department is conducted in accordance with the Rules on providing local, zonal, national and international communication approved by Government of Russia Decree dated 09.12.2014 No. 1342.

     For installation of a telephone and making a communication services contract for physical entities or communication services contract for legal entities it is necessary to file an application together with the copies of documents by list to the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department by fax: +7 (863) 287-00-20, or scanned by e-mail: mail@azv.rosmorport.ru .

     The application is reviewed by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department within 5 working days. Since it is admitted that it can be fulfilled, a specialist of the enterprise contacts the client by phone or address mentioned in the application to sign the Contract and coordinate the time of installation.

     Re-execution of a Contract, including cases, when there is a need in additional services of local telephone communication provided by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department, is performed in the same way as making of a Contract.

     Local telephone communication services are provided by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department round-the-clock, without breaks or holidays, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract and the instructions for organizing work on the communication network of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department, approved by the order of the Azov Department of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Azov Department dated 21.08.2023 No. 160.
