Water Bodies and Land Plots

     For placement of immovable property facilities in order to perform the main activities stipulated in Provision on the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch, the Branch uses land plots and water bodies located on the territory of the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya water areas.

 

     In the field of land use

     As of 01.10.2023 the Astrakhan Branch uses 38 land plots with the total area of 104.7 ha, including 31 land plots on the right of tenant and easement with the total area of 98.5 ha. The branch also actually uses 7 land plots with the area of 6.2 ha and is preparing right stating documents on them.

     Within the boundaries of the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya 22 land plots with the total area of about 94.8 ha are located, of which:

  • in the seaport of Astrakhan there are 5 land plots with the total area of 2.4 ha, which is 1.2 % of the seaport territory;
  • in the seaport of Olya there are 17 land plots with the total area of 92.4 ha, which is 27.9 % of the total area of the seaport.

     The land plots used by the Astrakhan Branch are classified as:

  • human settlements land;
  • lands of the forest fund;
  • industrial, energy, transport, communications, broadcasting, television, informatics land, lands for space activity, lands of defense, security and lands of other special purposes.

 

     In the field of water use

     To implement its statutory objectives, the Astrakhan Branch uses surface water bodies to carry out construction and dredging work in the waters of the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal (without withdrawal of water resources), and also carries out water use with withdrawal of water resources for the needs of individual structural divisions of the branch. 

     As of 01.10.2023, the Astrakhan Branch uses 21 water bodies on the basis of 4 water use agreements and 3 decisions on the provision of water bodies for use. 

     The total area of surface water bodies used by the Astrakhan branch is 176.9 sq. km.

     All water facilities used by the Astrakhan Branch are located in the northern part of the Caspian Sea outside the water areas of the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya.
